A basic video can be created with a webcam, digital video camera, or even your cell phone.

Your actual topic can be pretty much anything, though taking advantage of the visual aspect of video is a good idea. Some ideas include:

• A "talking head" video that's simply you talking
• A how-to video
• Employee interviews
• A tour of your facility
• A time-lapse video of a day at your workplace
• A product demonstration

While you can certainly host your own videos, it's generally a better idea to post them on a site like YouTube and then embed them in your blog entry.
