Week 8 – Case Studies

With a case study, you're going to give potential customers a real life example of how great it is to buy from you.

Here’s the key to an interesting case study that people will actually read: It's not about you. New readers don’t care about you, and they don’t care about your products or services. They care about what’s in it for them.

Write about the customer you’re highlighting. Talk about their background. Discuss the problem or need they had that led them to you. And then talk about the solution to their problem.

Don't finish up with how great you think your solution was, finish with how great they thought it was.

Finally, remember to get their permission before using them as an example.
