Blog a Week

Just like with guest bloggers, aim high. You can ask someone who your readers would consider famous to let you interview them. You can interview them in person, through email or over the phone. If you use a service similar to Skype, you can even record the conversation, then transcribe it later.

Do a bit of research. Find other interviews they've done online. Check out their website, blog, social networking profiles, etc.

Ask about things everyone wants to know about them. Ask about things you find that they're passionate about. Ask questions no one else has asked them.
