Blog a Week

For this topic you'll take an actual question and answer it. It may be one someone specifically emailed you, or it may be a question someone asked you in person that you also answered in person. Or it can be a question someone you don’t even know asked online.

Take that answer and expand upon it in your blog entry. If you answered the question in an email, start by copying your response directly from your sent email. Tweak it to make it a bit more generic. Or perhaps preface it with some background on your customer and the situation leading up to the question.

If the example is positive, and it’s about a customer of yours, you might include a photo of the actual customer. You can scour social networks to find one, or check the website of the company they work for.

As always, just make sure to get their permission before you use it.
